Black Walnut Step Stool
Black Walnut is a classic, premier wood found in the Eastern United States. This hard wood is known to be durable and is an excellent choice for a step stool tread. It varies in color slightly ranging from a light/medium brown to a dark brown. Black Walnut has traditionally straight grain with occasional variations which means that no step stool ever looks exactly the same.
All step stools at The Arbor Shop are made of Hard Maple risers and include a Black Walnut dowel detail on the sides and back of the step stool.
All of our step stools weigh about 12lbs. They are solid wood and craftsman designed.
